OMS (Operational Management Solutions Srl) was founded in 2013 to provide consulting services, solutions development and staff training. In comparison with similar companies we come with a new concept, which is our mission - to develop customized integrated solutions for systems management together with our customers using web-based platforms.
OMS provides following services:
- consultancy for design, implementation, certification and improvement of management systems according
ISO TS 16949,ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
- development of IT systems - Intranet portals and IT specific solutions complementary to ERP systems
- provide trainings for quality management, environmental management, lean manufacturing methods and automotive core tools.
- Management systems and IT solutions are developed for each customer based on its processes and practices and our experience in automotive industry and integrated in web-based IT solutions.
